At the heart of the Côtes de Bourg, around the XIIth  century  fortress and on the top of the cliffs overlooking the Gironde estuary, the vineyards of the Château de Thau are situated on an exceptional terroir that produces fine wines characterized by notes of blackcurrant and spices.
